How durable is pattern imprinted concrete?

Pattern imprinted concrete is exceptionally durable and designed to withstand heavy daily use. When professionally installed and sealed, it forms a solid, reinforced surface with no loose blocks or joints, making it highly resistant to movement, sinking, and weed growth.

Will the colour fade over time?

The colour is integrally added and enhanced with surface hardeners during installation. A high-quality sealant is then applied to protect the finish. With periodic resealing, your driveway or patio will retain its rich colour and appearance for many years.

Is imprinted concrete suitable for vehicles?

Yes. It is ideal for driveways and is strong enough to support cars and light commercial vehicles. The reinforced concrete base provides excellent load-bearing performance when correctly prepared and installed.

Does it crack?

Concrete can naturally expand and contract, which is why we incorporate control joints to manage movement. Proper ground preparation and reinforcement significantly reduce the risk of cracking, ensuring long-term performance.

How long does installation take?

Most domestic driveways or patios are completed within a few days, depending on size and ground conditions. This includes excavation, preparation, pouring, colouring, pattern stamping, and sealing.
